Our symbol is an old fashion water well, where in times passed a thirsty person could wind down the bucket into the cool well water and wind back up the refreshing life giving substance that satisfies and restores. Well of Life Ministries serves as that well for our community. It is a holistic Ministry that understands that the needs of people are many and varied. Well of life is a strong teaching ministry using the Bible as the foundation of all knowledge. This is accomplished through a weekly Bible study and Sunday services that are open to the community. It also houses a preschool and after-school for at risk children that has served the community for the last ten years "Rehoboth Educational Services." The Well also offers family counseling and mental health therapy through "Rehoboth Counseling Service." Additionally a small food pantry as well as referral services are available for those experiencing economic hardship. We know that people sometimes have empty places and holes in their lives. We want people to be able to come to the Well and find what they need to fill in those empty places, and to find wholeness and purpose. Purpose that will make them healthy contributors to their sphere. Much like the woman at another well (St John 4: 6 -14). She met Jesus there and ultimately received the water where she never thirsted in her spirit again. She then became a well herself where others could come and drink and get healthy, thus perpetuating the life giving cycle.

God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Worship, Understanding, Knowledge (varied and intense), Family values, Fellowship, Training, Counseling, Launching, Victuals or"vittles", Fun, its all in the Well. Dip in!

#FlashbackFriday: Let’s all go back to December 31, 2014 and take a recap of the New Year’s Eve Service. There were singing, dancing and praises offered to Him, and there was also a very meaty word that was given unto the people by our Pastor, Dr. Taunya Queen- Melendez. The message was all about leaving things behind us and “Looking Forward". Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, “Reaching Forth- How can I reach for something I cannot see?" -Dr. Queen- Melendez
